Seriously – Does Kick the Diet Habit really work?

I you’re currently listening to an internal monologue that’s looping over and over and sounding a little like this: “Will it work? Is it the right program for me? What if I fail? Is this course for people of all ages?

Can men join too?

Absolutely! While the majority of my patients are women, my work is for anyone who is struggling to make peace with themselves and their relationship with food.

Do I have to participate in the Facebook group?
